“Acupuncture Update: Newest Science, Ancient Wisdom, and No Needles Needed!"

Dr. Martin Rossman is a medical doctor who first introduced acupuncture to Marin in 1972, and has used it daily since then in his Integrative medicine practice. He is a Clinical Faculty member at UCSF, and was a Founding Member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. In this talk he will discuss the remarkable wisdom in ancient chinese medicine theory, review the newest science including fMRI evidence of how acupuncture works, and demonstrate an acupuncture treatment with and without the use of needles. Time for a discussion of your questions will also be included.
